What are your shipping policies?
All items are READY TO SHIP (unless otherwise stated) and we have a 24 hour turnaround for sending out packages.

FREE USA & CANADA SHIPPING on all purchases totaling $35.00 or more!
While we can't offer free International shipping at this time, we have reduced our international rate to $15.00. All shipping methods include tracking.
Customs and import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Cancellations?
Cancellations: not accepted. Please contact the seller if you have any problems with your order.
What is your return policy?
Regular shop items:
At The Mossy Rock Studio, we are dedicated to creating the highest quality pieces possible, which is why all sales are final. However, if you receive an item that doesn’t match your style, we encourage you to reach out to us. In certain cases, at our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit. Please keep in mind that the cost of shipping for returns will be the buyer’s responsibility. If we make an error in shipping (like sending the wrong item), we will gladly exchange it or issue a refund for our mistake!
Custom orders:
Before we begin crafting your custom order, we'll collaborate with you to finalize a design. However, please note that each piece will be uniquely one-of-a-kind! We strive to create a piece that closely matches a design you love or the idea we've discussed. Since these creations are tailored specifically for you and may incorporate materials you provide, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. Rest assured, during the process, I send progress photos along the way to ensure we are on the same page with your design. Thank you for your understanding!
